Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. All orders ship from our fulfillment center in the Netherlands.

Customs & Import Duties (non-EU orders)

For orders shipped outside the EU, the recipient may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in the order total and are the customer's responsibility. (Note: the UK is outside the EU customs union post-Brexit, so this also applies to UK orders.)
